SparkerAI is an AI-powered tool that helps users turn rough business ideas into structured startup blueprints. The platform may generate content such as business summaries, market observations, SWOT analysis, roadmaps, validation steps, and pitch-related materials.

SparkerAI is currently in beta. This means features may change, limits may be adjusted, and some outputs may not always be perfect.

SparkerAI provides informational and planning support only.

The content generated by SparkerAI is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or business advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or using it in real-world decisions.

You should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, tax, investment, or major business decisions.

SparkerAI uses artificial intelligence to generate startup-related content based on the information you provide.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, relevance, and usefulness of any generated output.

We do not guarantee that any generated startup idea, business plan, roadmap, financial projection, market analysis, or recommendation will lead to business success, revenue, funding, or any specific result.

You may need to create an account to use certain features.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, violate these Terms, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for the information you submit to SparkerAI.

Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential business secrets, passwords, payment details, government ID numbers, or private information about other people.

By submitting input, you give SparkerAI permission to process that input to provide the service and generate your requested output.

You agree not to use SparkerAI to:

• break any law or regulation
• violate the rights of others
• generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal content
• attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• bypass account limits, rate limits, or security systems
• copy, resell, or misuse the service in an unauthorized way

During beta, SparkerAI may offer free access with usage limits, such as a limited number of Sparks per day.

We may change, pause, reduce, expand, or remove beta access, usage limits, or features at any time.

Paid plans may be introduced in the future. If paid features are added, pricing, billing terms, refund rules, and subscription details will be shown before purchase.

At this stage, if the platform shows “paid plans coming soon” or similar wording, it does not create a paid subscription unless you actively complete a payment process.

SparkerAI, including its name, design, branding, interface, and platform features, belongs to SparkerAI or its creators.

You may use the AI-generated output for your own personal, educational, or business planning purposes, subject to these Terms. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the output does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

We aim to keep SparkerAI available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider issues, updates, or other reasons.

SparkerAI may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, AI processing, payments, or other infrastructure.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions caused by third-party services outside our control.

SparkerAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for your specific goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkerAI and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, failed business ideas, lost data, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.

Your continued use of SparkerAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
